New Device Offers Continuous Heart Monitoring and Emergency Response

CardioLife Solutions has chosen Malta as the launchpad for its revolutionary PulseGuard Pro, a wearable defibrillator designed to monitor heart activity 24/7 and deliver life-saving interventions during cardiac emergencies.

The PulseGuard Pro combines AI technology with advanced sensors to detect arrhythmias or signs of cardiac arrest in real-time. The lightweight vest-like device autonomously delivers a controlled shock to restore a normal heartbeat, while also notifying emergency contacts and local healthcare providers.

Dr. Nathan Perez, Chief Cardiologist at CardioLife Solutions, said:
"Launching in Malta was a strategic decision. Its world-class healthcare system and tech-forward approach make it the ideal place to introduce the PulseGuard Pro. We’re excited to see how this device will benefit both locals and global health initiatives."

Malta’s Deputy Health Minister, Maria Camilleri, praised the innovation:
"This collaboration showcases Malta’s commitment to embracing advanced medical technologies that can save lives and improve patient outcomes."

In clinical trials, the device successfully intervened in 95% of simulated cardiac events, with response times as low as 15 seconds. The PulseGuard Pro will be available in Maltese hospitals and pharmacies starting mid-2025, solidifying Malta’s position as a hub for cutting-edge healthcare advancements.
